Privacy Policy

At A & N Frozen Foods, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. In this privacy policy we aim to inform you of all of the measures we take to ensure that any details which are disclosed to us remain private.

We will NEVER sell, share or rent any of the details which our customers have supplied to us.

What information do we store?

As we do not operate an ‘Account’ service on our website, none of your details whatsoever are stored on the computer. On placing an order with us you are asked for:

•Your name and address (This is so that we know where to send your order and invoice to). We hold on to this information for accounting purposes only.

•Your email address and contact phone number (If there are any problems with your order, we can use these methods to contact you). We hold on to this information for accounting purposes only.

•Your debit/ credit card details. (We use Paypal to help you to pay for your order. If you pay directly from the website, please see their privacy policy (LINK). If your card details are given over the phone, they will be typed directly into Paypal’s website. We NEVER store your card details. Unfortunately, this does mean that if you wish to add something to your order, you will have to give your details all over again!!)

Shipping Company

We use a third party shipping company to deliver your orders (Rapid Despatch/APC). The information which they receive from us is simply your name and address and any extra delivery details which you have requested (eg. If not in, please leave with neighbour).

On our website, we do show links to external websites. Our privacy policy only applies to A & N Frozen Foods. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any external websites.

We reserve the right to alter and update this policy from time to time, without notice.
