Terms & Conditions

Delivery of our goods is subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please make sure that you have read them before placing an order.


Standard Delivery Terms

•We dispatch our orders every Wednesday at 1:00pm for delivery on Thursday before 12noon. Orders for the following week are accepted from 12noon on Wednesday to 12noon the following Wednesday.

•Orders are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

•All orders are automatically sent on a Next Day before 12noon service. Other services are available (before 10am and before 9am) at your request.

•If you have not received your order within 24 hours of dispatch you should contact us immediately.

•You can not claim for a missing package if you leave it for over a week before reporting it missing.

•We reserve the right to change the postal rates to reflect the order.

•We reserve the right to postpone delivery of any orders which are placed during extreme weather conditions e.g. Heat, deep snow.

•In placing an order with us, you must understand that we expect you to have made arrangements to receive the order. We can instruct our couriers to leave the parcel in a place of your choice (e.g. Porch or shed), however, overall responsibility for leaving the parcel anywhere other than with you at your address is completely as your own risk. We will not accept liability for any orders which go ‘missing’ due to being left unattended.

•We do not accept any liability for goods which have thawed out due to you being unavailable to receive your order or miss the driver.

•Please note that if our courier fails to deliver before noon we can only refund the difference between the cost of before noon and next day delivery.


Payments

•We accept cheques, credit/debit cards and Paypal. (All orders will be held until the date which funds have cleared before acceptance).

•If using a debit or credit card, you must be the cardholder.

•Goods are sold subject to availability.

•We reserve the right to change our prices without notification.


Cancellations

•'Special order' items are not cancelable.

•Due to the nature of our products we are unable to cancel your order once it has been despatched. If you wish to cancel your order, you have until the Tuesday before delivery by 6pm to do so.


Refund Policy

•In the unlikely event that your order does not reach you in satisfactory condition, contact us within 24hours of receipt. Replacements or credit notes may be issued. We cannot normally replace or exchange anything reported back to us after this 24 hour period.

•We will not refund or replace any item which has thawed due to you ordering insufficient quantities.
